Toyota never offered these mounts separately from their windscreens. If you are replacing your factory windscreen the glass installer will normally remove this from the old window. However if you are picking up a project or don't have a windscreen you can find yourself stuck trying to find one of these.
We have provided a reproduction which aims to be similar to the OE part, but being 3D printed and not injected molded it isn't a 1:1 but is priced accordingly.
