Terms & Use

Website Usage Terms & Conditons:
This website is run and operated by OEM 4 JDM PTY LTD (ACN 90 660 264 380) and referred entities include OEM4JDM for these terms and conditions.

Terms are subject to change at any time without notice and are effective as soon as posted on the website. Your use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any modification to the Terms. By using or accessing this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

Shipping details & times as below:

City Sydney is 1-2 days
Other NSW is 1-3 Days
QLD & VIC is 2-6 days
NT, SA & WA is 3-10 Days.

International is usually 7-20 days. - Please contact our team at admin@oem4jdm.com.au for any orders that won't calculate shipping in Cart for a quote/invoice.

Please ensure sufficient insurance is purchased as we will not be held liable for lost or damaged items due once shipped. NOTE: ALL ORDERS ARE ONLY ARE COVERED FOR A MINIMUM OF $100 - PLEASE CONTACT US FOR FURTHER COVERAGE.

All orders may have certain weight/dimensions that heavily impact freight costs to certain locations. We reserve the right to update shipping costs with no notice.


Please choose your parts carefully as at OEM4JDM once parts are dispatched or verbal confirmation via email of a wait-time (For anything that may be out of stock) will not offer a return. If you contact us within a 14 day period some cases may have an exception of a 20% re-stocking fee with no refund of shipping included.

All parts supplied are covered by Manufacturers Warranty ONLY. This requires a trained and qualified technician on most cases to be installing the parts.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@oem4jdm.com.au If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and products that have been opened and damaged the original packaging. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
