OEM Toyota JZA80 Supra Door Female Screw Insert.
These have a total of 6 inserts on each door and if the wrong hardware is used (Normally larger) it will stretch and bore the plastic out for it to not grab on the original hardware.
Note: This product does not come in the OEM Toyota packaging, as they are sold only in larger quantity sets.
