Genuine OEM Toyota 5SP W58 Shifter Tunnel Rubber Boot.
This is normally missing on any supra unless it has never been modified. This helps keeping any weather out of the vehicle as well as keeping it quieter from road noise.

The hole on this is physically smaller than the getrag type.
Being that the soarer shares the same chassis I dare say this would fit if your putting in a W series transmission.
